Development for a charitable organisation to provide Sure Start nursery accommodation, a community facility for adults and offices for the charity. Refurbishment of a former a sick children’s hospital built in the 1920’s near Victoria. Substantial demolition of internal walls and the Southern external wall allow for a new stair tower and a lift shaft to be included.
